   This scholarship was established by retired Bothell High School counselor Joanne Harkonen and her husband Dave, a Bothell businessperson. Over the years the Faculty has contributed to the endowment in order to maintain the scholarship value and, on special occasion, has funded a second scholarship offered through the Foundation.
