To provide funds for the annual Kiwanis Club of Northshore scholarship in the nursing program at University of Washington-Bothell beginning in the academic year 2006-07.

 Memorial...
   Presented in memory of Bothell resident Anna Ferguson Cowles, a longtime teacher and administrator in the field of special education. The endowment was originally established to provide a scholarship for a graduate with an interest in becoming a special education teacher.
