Purpose...
  
To assist a student planning career in visual arts.

Criteria...
  
Applicants must demonstrate achievement, talent and an interest in pursuing a career in art.  Candidates should include portfolio of slides or works depicting student's abilities and at least one letter of recommendation from a visual art instructor.
