The primary mission of the
 Foundation is to:

 obtain and receive public contributions,

establish and maintain individual endowment funds,

invest and professionally manage these assets,

insure that the scholarship sponsoring organizations
and families receive money sufficient to provide
awards in keeping with amounts and criteria
     established for each scholarship,

manage the Foundation’s assets in such a manner to
      preserve the contributions
and to benefit
as many scholarship recipients as possible

The Foundation relies on the Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs as well as scholarship sponsors and selection committees to handle the process of establishing scholarship criteria, selection of recipients and such matters. These activities are handled by the Scholarship Program Coordinator.
