Grants available to students accepted or enrolled 
at Cascadia Community College 

 

Anderson Vocational Scholarship for Cascadia Community College The scholarship is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Northshore and given in memory of Bothell residents Les and Vista Anderson. It is available to a current Cascadia Community College student or a graduating high school senior who intends to enroll at Cascadia Community College (CCC). The $1,500 scholarship may be renewed for an additional year if recipient maintains a 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA. Students must (1) be or plan to be enrolled in 10 or more credits at CCC, (2) have a 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA in high school or college, (3) maintain a residence in or have attended high school in the Northshore School District (Woodinville, Bothell, or Inglemoor High Schools or the Secondary Academy for Success), and (4) be pursuing a 2-year degree preparing for a vocational or occupational career path. Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need. Applications are due April 12, 2010 at Cascadia Community College Foundation (2nd Floor, Administration Offices, 281E). Northshore Rotary Global Awareness Scholarship for Cascadia Community College
The scholarship is provided by the Northshore Rotary Club. The $2,000 scholarship is available to a current Cascadia Community College student or a graduating high school senior who intends to enroll at Cascadia Community College (CCC). Students must (1) be or plan to be enrolled in 10 or more credits at CCC, (2) have a 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA in high school or college, (3) maintain a residence in or have attended high school in the Northshore School District (Woodinville, Bothell, or Inglemoor High Schools or the Secondary Academy for Success), (4) be pursuing a 2-year degree or transferring to a 4-year college, and (4) demonstrate a commitment to global issues through his/her coursework, volunteer or other extracurricular activities, and/or other international experience. Preference is given to students who demonstrate financial need. Applications are due April 12, 2010 at Cascadia Community College Foundation (2nd Floor, Administration Offices, 281E). Woodinville Rotary Scholarship for Cascadia Community College
The scholarship is offered by the Woodinville Rotary Club and is available to a current Cascadia Community College student or a graduating high school senior who intends to enroll at Cascadia Community College (CCC). The $2,000 scholarship may be renewed for an additional year if recipient maintains a 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA. Students must (1) be or plan to be enrolled in 10 or more credits at CCC, (2) have a 2.5 or higher cumulative GPA in high school or college, and (3) maintain a residence in or have attended high school in the Northshore School District (Woodinville, Bothell, or Inglemoor High Schools or the Secondary Academy for Success). Preference is given to students who are pursuing a 2-year degree or plan to transfer to a 4-year college or university, have volunteered or been involved in other ways in the community, and/or demonstrate financial need. Applications are due
