      The Woodinville Rotary Club offers four scholarships at University of Washington at Bothell in the fields of Business, Nursing, Teaching and Interdisciplinary studies.

      Applicants for these scholarships are selected through a process of interviews within their departments of study.

2004 Jerry Wilmot Memorial
Business Management

Yelena Radostovets

Pursuing business degree to return to her native Kazakhstan to join the finance ministry of that former Soviet Union state.


2003 Jerry Wilmot Memorial

Diana Gudaus

Enrolled in the Business program and is recipient of the Jerry Wilmot
Business Management Scholarship at UWB

 

The first scholarship in the UW-Bothell Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences program will be awarded in the spring of 2005 for a student enrolled for academic year 2005-06.

 

Wilmot - $2,500

Teaching - $2,000

IAS - $2,000

Nursing - $2,000

  

2004 Nursing Program

Melani Deno
Melani completed studies at Peninsula Community College in Port Angeles in preparation for entering the UW-B Bachelor of Science nursing degree program.


2003 Nursing Program

Deborah Phelps
A veteran lab technician, Deborah attended Wenatchee Valley College to earn her registered nurse credentials and enrolled in the Masters of Nursing program at UW Bothell. She has had 20-years experience in health services.


2004 Teaching Certification

Sandra Brettler, PhD
Sandra is a neuroscientist who desires to enter the teaching field.

Melissa Dilling
Melissa has completed her B.A. at Western Washington University and is enrolled in the Teacher Certification Program 
at UW Bothell
